Providing the best possible experience for our clients is our goal at Alyce Leonard Permanent Makeup & Aesthetics. Before you come in for your next appointment, we encourage you to review our policies for appointments, cancellations, and service and sales. We ask that all clients abide by our policies to ensure a streamlined appointment process and allow us to provide the highest level of care during every visit. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide optimal results for our customers; however, due to varying skin types and external factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your services is required depending on the procedure you have booked, which will be deducted from the total cost.

For rescheduling, a minimum notice of 72 hours is required to avoid penalty. If less than 72 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to reschedule. If you are feeling unwell or an unexpected occurrence has happened within 48 hours of your appointment, you must reschedule to transfer your deposit. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the service to the card on file.

Cancellation fees as follows:

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver’s license or ID card.
Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you have keloids, or are prone to keloid scarring.
If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.
If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis on or around the treated area or excessive sweating, it may affect the your healing process.
Must wait for a minimum of 2 weeks after Botox injections around the treated site.
If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications
If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior or 2 months prior with a note with consent from your doctor.
If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any life threatening heart conditions.
If you have epilepsy hemophilia or other bleeding disorders.
If you are diabetic and it is not managed please consult with your doctor

POLICIES

Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.
We do require a deposit of ($100) in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

A minimum of 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 72 hour period we ask you please reschedule at time of notice and provide us with a doctor’s note so that we can transfer your deposit.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment.
A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.
